JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Marketer is responsible for business growth and ensuring a smooth admission transition for residents entrusted to our care. The ideal candidate will have strong sales or marketing background with a proven track record in business development, referral relationship management along with experience in Skilled Nursing admissions and marketing, case management and hospital discharge planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reach admissions benchmarks
• Provide extraordinary customer service
• Partner with facility managements
• Develop and execute marketing plans
• Promote communities' services market

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Three years’ experience in sales/marketing preferably in a health care setting.
• Valid NYS Drivers License
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Motivated to reach admissions benchmarks
• Extraordinary customer service
